Understanding the importance of physical literacy and keeping our kids active, momstown moms are thrilled that JiggiJump, a new TV series that premiers September 7 on KidsCBC, aims to change the way we think about teaching our kids how and why they should adopt a healthy lifestyle?
JiggiJump stars Juno award-winning sing-a-long duo David and Judy and their mascot, Kangaroo JJ. Each five-minute episode is dedicated to getting preschoolers moving as they follow Judy and David’s animated fantasy adventures. Each episode features an original song geared to active and imaginative play – such as swimming with a froggy in the bathtub, or pretending to burst kernels of popcorn!
Beautiful animation provides the background for exciting live-action excursions. Whether it’s hopping with rabbits in the clouds or playing shark tag at the bottom of the sea, no equipment is necessary – just a sense of fun and imagination! Similar to a real workout, each episode will include stretching, cardio and a cool down components. JiggiJump promotes physical activity and a love of movement through imagination, music and fun.
You could win 1 of 3 JiggiJump Prize Packs with 3 DVDs, 2 CD prize pack featuring Judy and David's hits from their Juno award-winning career, as well as JiggiJump CD and game!
Judy and David know that video games and other electronics aren’t going to disappear. Instead of competing for children’s attention, the JiggiJump approach is to work with the mediums our children enjoy while encouraging physical literacy and love of movement through imagination, music and fun.
